Reporting to Corporate VP, Sue Page, managed multimillion-dollar OPEX budget, partnering with Finance, Sue’s leadership team (LT) to identify and mitigate financial risk in overspend/underspend, run landing projections, and maintain vendor compliance.

Managed rhythm of business (ROB), headcount, executive communications (ghost writing for Sue), LT meetings, LT work items, All Hands meetings, built two SharePoint sites (one for her direct leadership team and another for her 100-person organization); plus special projects as necessary, such as end-of-year employee rewards discussions.
